I work independently and keep my expenses to a minimum so that I can offer you affordable rates.

Pre-assessments are available on the market and can be a nice tool to discover the actual skill level of your participants. 

However, I prefer to begin sessions with foundational concepts to make sure participants haven't missed important base-level skills.  It doesn't hurt more advanced users to review, and levels the learning for all involved.

No prerequisites are required.  I encourage participants to stretch into new skills and concepts.

I generally make a digital handout or a practice file for all of my training sessions.  I often include free quick reference guides and links to additional resources.

Yes, I am always happy to provide a certificate of training attendance if needed.

Many of my one-hour sessions are approved by the International Association of Administrative Professionals for CAP recertification points.

Dawn is not your typical IT professional.  She continues to study and learn so she can translate the technical concepts rolling out in frequent updates to our business software applications.  It is an ongoing process and one that Dawn is committed to fully serving her clientele.

In my effort to keep costs low, I've opted to utilize a co-working space called Groover Labs in Wichita, KS.  There are many classroom and conference room spaces available there. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own laptops for hands-on, in-person, workshops.

I also keep four laptops to use anywhere, anytime we need them.
